She was extremely patient and very helpful. She offered lots of suggestions and listened to what we wanted and has helped book the perfect trip. “We have just returned from our first Umrah. The experience with Al-Hidaayah has been an exceptional one. Having a group leader and a Sheikh is a huge bonus. Everything about the package was absolutely perfect. The hotels were in prime locations and the ziyarat trips were fantastic. Sheikh Wajids words of wisdom on the Ziyarats were absolutely beautiful. He explains everything so clearly and simply and with such passion that you just want to keep listening to him. Brother Jaffer takes care of everyones concerns and organises everything immaculately. He even bought the whole group ice cream! He is on call 24/7 and both brothers ALWAYS have a smile on their face and a very good sense of humour. Nothing is too much for them, their guidance is always available. It is a stress free Umrah. Everything is organised by them. We have gained so much knowledge from them that we didn't already know. Jazak Allah. They even added in 3 extra ziyarats that weren't on the original itinerary. The train journey saves so much time from Makkah to Medina. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be travelling with them again.”

“Great experience !!! My children ages from 6 to 13 Thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We had two canoes which we were able to raft together Amazing experience along the river Servern. Steering to rowing using the paddles was a great experience. The rapids, the scenery,the passing people along the banks , the fishermen/women along the banks.we went on the Arley to Bewdley trip , it was the shorter trip would love to do it again!!Maybe try one of the longer trips!”

“Me and my wife have just completed our rescue course with scuba school. Fantastic weekend with great professional instructors. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive and it has given me more and more confidence in the water and the ability to deal with challenging situations. We have both learnt so much over the last couple of weeks and would highly recommend any diver to go and get on this course, rescue and basic life support could help save a life. We are looking forward to doing our next course with this fantastic school!”

If this applies to someone in your group, please be assured that the boats have lights fitted which are left on for most of the trip, and can be kept on if necessary – please let us know before you visit. We can also provide a ‘magic lantern’ for guests to borrow free of charge for their trip which we’ve found can help them feel braver when taking the trip underground. Hearing Impairments The boat tour is available in a written format for people with hearing impairment. Please enquire before your visit so we can ensure one is waiting for you on the day of your visit. A hearing loop is available in The Gongoozler, at the ticket desk and in our function room. Please set devices to T. Quieter Boat Trips We appreciate that some individuals may find crowds and noise distressing. Our quieter times are midweek during term time. Our quietest 45 minute boat trips are in the morning at 10.30 and 11.00 however we do have pre-booked school groups visiting on some days, so please ring before your visit for more information.”
