“I recently visited the Scott Arms dental practice, when accompanying my Mum, who had broken her tooth. My Mum is almost 80, a little deaf and was quite anxious about going as hadn't visited the dentist in years. Well, what can I say? The whole experience was amazing, considering we were at the dentist! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The first dentist we saw, ? Dillon, was very professional, helpful and friendly and put Mum at ease. Unfortunately we had to go back within a few days, but Mum was under the fantastic care of Ashwin and Mark. Throughout Mum's treatment they let me be with Mum. They spoke directly to Mum first and then asked me if Mum hadn't heard what was said. They were both professional, friendly and helpful. It made a real difference to Mum and to me. Thank you. If we ever need your excellent care again, we will be back. For going to the dentist, it was quite a nice experience. Thank you.”

“Been with the Pelsall Lane dentist for five years through the Father and Daughter. Always a delight, never painful (they know I am a nervous patient!). Its a very good service with lovely staff in support. What I like most is that the decision is always mine but they tell me all I need to know before any procedures. 5 stars because I don't really know what more than can do to make the experience better.”
