“I came in for a last minute purchase before an event and was feeling rather stressed and the lovely lovely sales assistant was so kind she complimented me on my dress which made my whole week as I wasnt feeling the most confident and her overall customer service skills were top knotch everyone else working there seemed to avoid customers and not want to be there she deserves a pay rise or some recognition this will be my preffered store from now! I visited on 18/11 at around 6pm”

“Dealing with Sheryl & Gym mats nz ,was like Dealing with a family member,we opened a new gym using the Dollamur Flexi-Roll, since our first contact with Sheryl she has been brilliant,She sent us drawings, logos, different designs till we were happy and once our order went through.Sheryl either emailed or phoned us weekly with the shipping process frm the manufacturer in the states with delivery times, etc. Putting our minds at ease, If you are looking for a quote for your club we highly recommend Sheryl and her team Steve Huttcity martial arts ltd”

“If you are looking to buy a new bit of sim magic hardware in New Zealand I would strongly recommend speaking to Alastair Wootten at Fastmasters (assuming you are in New Zealand of course). The customer service was top notch as I’ve come to expect from the sim racing community. Alastair suggested a GT PRO Hub mated to the GT1-R rim instead of just the Gt1-R wheel to specifically meet our needs, as well as an Alpha Mini for our first DD. Left Tuesday Afternoon and arrived on the other side of the country on Thursday. Great Product, service etc. Note simblacks are also really great if you are in NZ, (I bought Heusinkvelds from them.). “Awesome friendly staff that went above and beyond for my son when we came in to see The All Blacks for the recent jersey launch. We were unfortunately late (love Auckland traffic)we got there just as they were packing up my son was guttered he couldn't get his number printed BUT they unpacked the printing machine and gave my boy his chosen number 8 on the back of his jersey. May seem like nothing to some people but it meant so much to my son and I as we are going through some personal things atm that is wearing heavy on his sweet little heart and that made his day he felt like a VIP. “Excellent customer experience. We bought a Kayak and a roof-rack + the installation. Super friendly staff. I feel they are honest people passionate about kayaking. Price: competitive compare to the concurrence, It would have cost us more and we will have bought more useless things by DIY for the roofrack. Owner share his experience with us, advice us for free. Roof-rack installation is very clean, we got some free extra to match our needs. I can't tel you something negative about them. Thank you very much we will come back if we need something else!”

Made friends with some of the staff and they were super nice! Easily worth all the hype and it's the best clothing store in New Zealand. The DJ was great, and tunes they blasted were bangers. “I had an amazing experience today while dealing with the young Polynesian man. He was very helpful when informing me of the ideal cross fit shoes. Super helpful and said if I’m not happy in the next week or so just to come back and he’ll replace or give me a store credit. He also showed me a new lace technique as my foot fluctuates in sizes throughout the day. I would highly recommend going to Stirling sports Westgate as there very friendly and kind and go the extra mile. I hope people enjoy there shopping experience as much as me!!!!!!!!!”
