“Need a new rangehood to replace my old Smeg one. A few of my friends suggested to use Chinese brand as the suction is large enough, and I decided the FOTILE brand after comparing with some other brands. I am immpressed the appearance of those products when I arrived in the store, they are stylish and appearance high-end. Allan was really helpful for selecting the right model. Also, introduced the installer who came on site to install the machine on the same day. Due to the outlet of the old range hood was too low, finally substitute and installed correctly with a model of the side suction one. The result is perfect and very happy. Thanks guys! Would no doubt recommend this brand to others.”

“Due to staff shortages wide across NZ, our tradie plumber confirmed about his visit and gave us very little time to organise a burner, we asked we need to pickup the burner after hours and Riesling Wang upon taking advise from her manager did a fantastic job by going over and beyond to keep us informed plus on top making the equipment available for the pickup even their after working hours. Now that’s what you call a SERVICE. I know you can’t ask this sort of service everytime but when you are stuck these people will help you with their great customer service. “I have just called Kitchen Things North Shore about a problem with a Franke faucet. They coould not have been more helpful. When I called they had all the details of the products we have bought from them based on the phone number I was calling from. When the product did not come up under this number we located it under an alternative number. Invoice has been emailed so I can now make a warranty claim with Franke.”
