“I called at 5pm with an issue with our leaking toilet. My call was answered straight away and a plumber was scheduled for first thing the following day. Our plumber was prompt, polite and tidy in his work. He clearly explained the issue to me. We needed a replacement seal, which was non standard, so he drove to a couple of places to source one at a reasonable cost. Left everything clean, tidy, and perfectly repaired.”

Usually when i leave my car with a mechanic and pick up later, mechanics don’t advise in detail what they did to my car. “One of the adaptors that connects the water meter to our main pipe had burst just this valentines day 2021 (when the Auckland level 3 lockdown was announced) and we were having a hard time contacting a plumber from other providers. I rang Smarter Plumbing early next morning, asking for an available plumber and they replied immediately and agreed to send one after I provided my details via text message. The guy arrived and asked me where and what the problem was, then fixed the leak in around 30mins, and did an awesome job even though it was raining outside. He explained to me in detailed what was done when I asked. Everything was done in professional manner. Happy with the service and will contact them again in the future if ever I get any plumbing-related issues. 5/5 will recommend to others.”
