“The park is a great place for daily jogs and exercises as it has many paths to run and walk on. The basketball court there is amazing and you can play day and night as it has lights that light up the whole court. it has a massive field to play any fielding sport like rugby, soccer, cricket ect. perfect for picnics and fun would definitely recommend for people to go there if in the area.”

“I regularly start and finish my walk of the Omana Perimeter Loop Track from here. There are splendid water views especially from the higher parts of the track. And the walk along the farmland border and through the bush and wetlands is very pleasant.”

“We really enjoyed our time here today, Belinda and the team were awesome super friendly, very attentive and when my child dropped their entire pizza I didn't expect that they would make another, we had 3 pizzas & loaded fries all of it was delicious!!! The place was clean, and staff checking safety by doing walk through. We enjoyed the bowling too it was nice to be away from the crowd for a bit. Thank you so much we will be back. “Awesome playground. There's something for younger ones as well as bigger kids. Lots of flat open space so a great place to take kids bikes and get them learning. Lots of grassy space if you wanted to take a picnic lunch but there's also a cafe right in site if that's more your thing. There's one thing letting this playground down and it's not just this one but there is a definite lack of shade at this playground, so make sure you pack your hats, water bottles and plenty of sunscreen!!”

“Great place to take the kids to burn some energy! Also a good reminder how unfit you are! I was wrecked after 5mins jumping around after a 2yo but we stuck it out for an hour and nap time was a piece of cake. Reasonably price too and the staff organize rounds of dodgeball which get pretty competitive! Heaps of fun.”

“Took the kids here one rainy school holiday day and now keep going back. The facility outside the game is pretty basic, but it is more than compensated for in the zone. The staff are fantastic and really go the extra mile. Zero pressure put on to but extras. They even supply iced water and cups after the game. As a result, we ended up spending heaps more time there and playing arcade games than we would have done. Love the idea of putting money in the pockets of small locally owned businesses.”

“Very nice park in the middle of Hillcrest suburban area. Entry to the park is from various nearby streets. The walkways are well maintained and clean. Public toilet is available on the entry from the Moore Street entry. A large play area is installed for children. A section of the park has been curated to contain toys and a fun trail for children which makes it very interesting for them. Highly recommended for half a day's picnic with children or a short walk on the walkways.”

“Good park. Has a flying fox, 2 swings and a jungle gym area. All very spread out, so not good for keeping an eye on more then one young kid. Is better for kids 4-8.”

“This relatively new community is really starting to look more established as trees and gardens develop. There are greenbelts in all directions with walking & bike trails that link up throughout Hobsonbville Point. The harbour front is under major construction and promises to be awesome on completion. Still quite a bit of construction work going on in the area including highrise apartments. A huge sports park underway towards Scotts Point and another primary school under construction. If you have not visited the Fairy Dell @ Bombpoint Point Park (down past the soundshell park) it is a must see for young & old. Developed during 1st Covid lockdown it is growing bigger everytime we visit. Now added butterflies. Lovely area.”

“I keep losing at the Gaming lounge but it is quite a luxury one because the jackpot is always so high. The staff are always friendly and helpful, Bowling and Gaming things are a big bonus for this place as it is quite entertaining. Plenty of parking and spacious place to have fun also had a pool table.”

“Great place for the whole family to visit! It has informative exhibits and interactive displays for kids. There's a tram ride that connects the two sites and the ride is quite a treat! A cafe is conveniently located in the middle of the main site, perfect for a quick bite and a cup of coffee.”

“What a hidden gem! Gardens are well maintained with easy walk trails. Heaps of seating/resting spaces along the trail. Plenty of outdoor space for a picnic too. Bonus butterfly sanctuary also. Beautiful garden and indoor space where you can hold functions at a decent cost. Entry is currently $3 pp if you are just browsing.”

“The baby play area equipment here is a tad old, but it is none the less an excellent playground for big and small kids. The baby playground area is completely covered in soft mats, not too high or big, and adults can walk right into the small castle with their kids which is excellent for my 2 year old. All the other structures are built in seperate areas, with swings and jungle gyms and the famous rocket all spread out evenly, leaving plenty of space for kids to run around. There is free parking just outside the playground, it is also the entirely fenced so you don’t have to worry about kids running onto the road outside. There are also exercise equipments outside the park as well, but i think those are for adults as opposed to kids.”
