“Went and bought a $4k qned tv from here package was immaculate when it got delivered but when I unpackaged it and plugged it on the TV appeared to have had a crack on the side I reported the issue ASAP and replacement was arranged right away. There was no drama & hassle free. Also, staff were excellent all around (DC & shop) Top service and great experience. Thank you JB Hi-Fi Manukau!”

“Massive shout out to Lily, Kevin, Gabe, and the team at Customer Service. They were really helpful during the repairs/returns process. My big complaint is againts Sony. After using our PS VR2 for a month, it stopped working. I had to take it to the Warehouse as it was still under warranty, and after 3 weeks of waiting, Sony still wasn't able to collect the VR set from the Albany store. When I went to the store today, Lily was kind enough to just replace the unit. Warehouse, just like all other retailers, rely on Sony for repairs, and Sony blatantly ignores communication and stalls the process, making it really difficult to get things done. Sony, you should be ashamed of yourself, and if you want these retailers supporting you, then you need to start supporting them.”

“Apr 2023 This is a great shop to purchase items from with product displayed well, and the self service checkouts being simple to use. A very clean shop indeed. Dec 2022 I have noticed that, in recnt times the layout of the store has been transformed into a lighter brighter place. Lots of overhead storage has been reduced to improve the overall appearance. The "Self Service" Check out area has been a great improvement to the service level too. Sept 2022 I was intending to buy boots for wearing outdoors in my garden and mowing the lawn. Found a pair that suited me. A reasonable price too. Staff were able to answer my questions and that meant, I could complete my purchase very quickly.”

“Excellent place to shop your day today household stuff at good price. They have all the products with variety of range in quality and price. The staff is very helpful and kind. Plenty of place for car parks. Open 7 days a week. The entertainment section is good and now they have Warehouse SIM which uses 2 degree network and gives plans much cheaper plans.”

We got what we were looking for as well. The machine functions well,thanks to the two Fijian Indian gentlemen who delivered to our home & installed it & stabilized the weak floor in our washroom. “So my TV died. Looking online Noel Leeming in Wairau Park had the best deal going. A lovely man, Guru, sorted it all out for me and loaded it into my car as well. It was on the way home that I realized that it was likely Guru who sold me $7000 plasma TV years ago. Anyway, good service and value for money never goes out of style. 100% for an excellent experience!”

“Countdown helensville is a small town countdown that relies on being the only game in town to keep the doors open. That being said it's brilliant for people watching. If you have ever seen "people of wallmart" this is the boutique version. If your after the countdown staples go here. If you need a little sum sum special it's worth popping into 4 square parakai. Those guys know their customer base.”

“Good revamp store. Handy location, close to Motorway off ramp and ample parking. Friendly staff and most of the time have stuff in stock. Check out my photos. Recommending a visit. They now start selling branched sportsware such as Under Armour, Puma, Champions.. Adding competitions to other outlet stores in the Westgate Shopping Centre. Just one thing to note... This is the Warehouse, so would be unrealistic to expect same level of services and staff expertise comparing to Farmers/Smith Caugheys. :). Yvonne, Jess etc all gave really good customer service at the customer services desk. Much appreciated”

“I left my little lunch box of cards in this Warehouse and rushed to the Train Station. When I realized that I forgot it? I went back to the Warehouse and informed the Security of the Warehouse and she gave it to me on the Spot. I've been shopping here for 11 years and it's amazing how this Happened. I can honestly say that this Warehouse rocks and the staff are nice and chilled”
