“I had a mini surgery and needed anti biotic and my doctor had accidentally put the script under someone else’s name, and instead of this pharmacy turning be back and making me go get a new script, they went out of there way and called the doctor confirmed the names and got me a new script and prepared my medication, without me having to go thru the trouble of going to see the doctor again getting a new script then going back to them.
