“We visited Auto one this morning and there was a 25% store wide sale so we decided to go check it out. We had gone there to purchase the Rhino rack. We were served by Lauren and her colleague, Nick. Lauren was amazing and recommended some good products to buy and was very honest with what we should get and what we do not need. Till the end she took care of us even helping us to secure the rack to our roof. Nick joined at the end and gave us a crash course on how to use the ratchet straps properly. Loved their customer service!! Will highly recommend ! And will be back again.”
