"Run from this place!!! Very rude and customer service is horrible. You would be better off calling the insurance company's directly. Meghan which is Ronald's daughter lol is rude and very unprofessional and It's easy to see where it comes from. This place makes it very clear they do not value their future business relationships. They will tell you one thing and do another. Don't even waste your time calling and getting a quote cause it will change and all they will tell you is oh well it happens. Then Meghan misreads the computer screen apparently and and mistakes a 9 for a 6 and says oh it got cheaper and when I ask how, she gets rude with me when in fact it was several hundred dollars more. So after receiving an attitude from here several times I finally gave one back that's when she just puts me on hold and has daddy take care of it. What a joke!! This place can't do anything to help people. I called the issuer of the policy they quoted directly and it was cheaper. So why pay higher premiums for this company to make money and treat clients or potential clients this way. Go directly to the source like I did and save yourself money!!!"
