"I have used this business to sell metals for 7 yrs and it used to be an honest establishment but not anymore. The new staff is arrogant and disrespectful. I took in a bangle bracelet stamped .999 fine. After scoffing at my claim of it being 24k it was tested with their analyzer and she claimed it was only 22k I agreed to accept the analysis. It weighed 1.5 oz. With the gold spot just over $2000. All I was paid was $1500. I was in a position that I had to accept the offer but I protested stating she knew she was robbing me.she chuckled and said I'll see you next time. I'm a disabled combat veteran and I want to suggest to ALL my fellow veterans to avoid being disrespected at the store on Oracle and River. I've had 3 other similar experiences at this place and I will NEVER use this CON shop ever again"
