She is Welcoming and Approachable and since She just Started, things are getting done!. Ive lived here over the past 10 Years and she is the Best, Bar none! She is No nonsense when it comes to finishing Work Orders and accomidating her Guests, That's what I feel like, a Guest!! "Disappointing Experience at Palace Place Apartments I recently had the unfortunate experience of living at Palace Place Apartments, and I must say it was not what I had expected when I first moved in. Initially, the place seemed charming, but as time went on, the situation took a distressing turn. Throughout the year, my fiance and I received regular notices accusing us of various infractions, the most concerning of which was an accusation of tying our dog outside. As someone who works closely with animals, this allegation was particularly upsetting and unwarranted. Furthermore, the repeated warnings about occasional cursing, which is a common aspect of adult life, became a source of unnecessary stress and anxiety. The conduct of the apartment manager, Janet, was far from satisfactory. Her unprofessionalism and unpleasant demeanor made resolving any issues an uphill battle. Instead of fostering a welcoming environment, her approach only added to the existing strain. Additionally, the presence of a persistent roach problem stemming from another unit made the living conditions even more challenging. Despite the extermination efforts targeting multiple units, the issue continued to linger, creating a highly uncomfortable living environment. What truly baffled me was the fact that all the grievances seemed to revolve solely around my fiance's actions, making the situation even more perplexing and targeted. On a positive note, the long-term neighbors who have resided there for years were incredibly kind and approachable. They shared their disappointment with me about the decline in the management of Palace Place Apartments. It's disheartening to witness such potential go to waste under the wrong management. I would advise anyone considering Palace Place Apartments to be aware of the potentially overwhelming and unwarranted scrutiny, as well as the existing pest control challenges. It's truly a shame to see a place with so much potential struggle due to mismanagement."

"I've lived here just over a year, I've never actually left a review for anything in my life but I feel like the 2 and a half star rating is completely undeserved.The complex is clean the manager and maintenance man are incredible fast and professional the claims that this is a noisy or dirty place to live couldn't be more wrong.Maby around the pool in the middle of the day you might here the activities.but tenants are quite and respectful for a less than desirable neighborhood I feel safer than any other place Iv lived.as far as pests i was professional exterminator the reviews I read about bed bugs before I moved in put me off that's something I'd never tolerate never seen a single bed bug or roach also have never had my apartment treated if you live dirty and don't take precautions you are inviting pests anywhere you live.the apartments are affordable and large at least the two bedrooms. It's a quiet well maintained affordable comfortable pleasent place to live."

"We spent two years in one of the apartments. Unless you can't find anything else in Tucson, DO NOT rent there! Pros: the manager (Judy) is very nice, professional and helpful. We've got lots of help from her during our stay. The residence has nice pool, flowers, grass, trees. The apartment is OK, nothing special, very basic. Cons: 1) the whole complex is infested with BED BUGS. Yes. When a bed bugs inspector showed up, he admitted that the residence had been regularly inspected and treated. In spring 2015 for a few weeks in a row they were treating one apartment after another. Each apartment had to pay $1,100+ (up to $1,600 or more) for the thermal treatment. When signing a lease, you agree to be financially responsible for bed bugs treatment, and to notify immediately the manager if you find them. The tenants in the units adjacent to ours lived with bugs for months and did not say a word, not to be blamed as responsible for the infestations, until we came out with the problem. We asked to talk to the owner many times for months and we were never called back. In the end, we had to pay for the treatment in full and go through the unpleasant and long procedure of the treatment itself. We would never recommend that complex unless you have to sleep in the streets. At the end what we saved going to this cheap resident we paid back with the bugs treatment. Just don't go there. 2) Many tenants are very noisy. In particular, some screaming every single day, including holidays, from 5 AM. We complained; they stopped for a few days and started again; this happened a few times. Those kind of people just scream, talk on the phone behind your windows, cough, spit, and blow their nose on the ground in front of your door - they don't care."
