"I had a little bit higher expectations for this place. Maybe a warm greeting and a little bit of guidance when I walked in and I was only greeted with nothing. The three people laughing and carrying on behind the counter did not greet me or my daughter, nor did they offer us any assistance in looking for whatever it was we needed. After about 5 to 10 minutes in of us wandering aimlessly into this cute little store I did finally ask somebody for help and the guy who did finally get up to help us was able to point us in the right direction and he was kind enough after the fact. It's a cute little shop unfortunately the customer service is lacking and they were just on their phones and not addressing customers. I don't expect much and if you really want to laugh and carry on and have fun at work please do so. But please make sure your customers are taken care of and that you've assisted them and greeted them to your business."

"Been here two or three times now and it's one of my favorite (if not THE favorite) metaphysical shop in the area. Excellent selection of rocks and tarot decks in a very relaxed environment. Whoever set up their store did a good job avoiding the cramped desperately-trying-not-to-knock-anything-over feeling that a lot of metaphysical stores have. Good prices on most items; the small bump up for what you're getting vs. buying online is well balanced by the ability to see the item before purchase and the benefits of buying locally. Summarily -- I'll be back."

"Just found out about this store from another review. I just got back from Salem, MA and let me tell you, this shop has it all and maybe more than good metaphysical stores there! Some shops in the valley might have more crystals honestly, but this store’s selection of crystals, oracle and tarot decks, books, and all the materials needed for spells and altars has everything you need and more than you could think of. Importantly, their INCREDIBLE deck selection includes sample decks so you can look at the cards before buying, of *every* deck! I also found the prices reasonable! They also have gorgeous art and seasonal events, and they’re queer friendly. Literally the best. I’ve already recommended this shop and its friendly staff to friends and I’ll definitely be back for more."

"My beloved Isaiah and I just went to the new location. We spent some good money and really enjoyed the new location! Amy, Eric and Karli were all three amazing as always! I can’t imagine going anywhere else because of the way they handle both the secular business and the spiritual wellbeing of their family, employees and of the people who go there as customers and community members of the Polytheist movement as a whole. "They have a surprising amount of inventory. I didn't look at the place before I went over, So I thought it was just going to be crystals. It's a metaphysical shop with necklaces, smell stuff, books, and all that! Very friendly staff, and some friends of the shop that stop buy! What surprised me the most were the Great prices! A lot of stuff in there for 6 dollars or less! The crystals are expensive, but if you're looking for anything other than that, everything else is at a great price!"
