"Aid for one star patients!!! Hello, if you are struggling to find a mental health provider or a reliable resource, contact Dawna Snider/ her team. She may accept you as a patient although may not but will give aid in referring you to reliable sources. As a mental health professional myself, reading these reviews, it breaks my heart and I want to help! Any counselors at her location of Pneuma Counseling I can personally say are incredible. If they do not know something or need to refer you out they will NOT send you to somewhere they wouldn't go themselves! If they can't take you on as a patient, they may refer you to group therapies or another team they are friends with :). If so, I would trust them because they see you, they want to give you the correct aid in the best way and support you by fostering your mental, emotional and physical needs."

"I give Copa Health only 1 star because my pleas for help go ignored. I lost my dad to heart failure back in November 2021. I reached out to my case manager for grievance counseling to help me cope with my loss never got it. My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer back in september 2023. Again I reached out for grievance counseling and again never got it. They continue to drop the ball and ignore my pleas for help. I call for follow-ups I leave messages however my calls never get returned.They send people to my house unannounced and these people ask me why they haven't heard from me. I tell them I've made several attempts reaching out and my calls go ignored. I think the staff at Copa Health are very unprofessional and could use more training on how to deal with people with mental illnesses. I requested a transfer to another clinic however I never heard back from them going forward with the transfer. I'm a very frustrated client at Copa Health nothing is getting done for me. Thanks for nothing Copa Health."

"If I could give this place a 0 star I would. They will lie on you and they will not help you. My son was told by his team they don’t have to help him. He has been trying to get help to place him in they keep lying to people so no one will help him. He has serious mental health issues. this place can careless about mental health. I reported this place in they just sided with them. So if you think of trying to report them, good luck they will make it worse for you. Horrible place for a person with mental health. People with mental health issues don’t supposed to be treated like this at all. They hang up on you or want answers the phone. They have you sign a paper to make like they going to do something but they don’t. Have an update on my son, he was sent to somewhere that turn out to say they don’t take his insurance in let him out on the streets. Don’t depend on these clinics to help because we haven’t find one yet to help. I don’t think these people have the right education to help mental or they just doing it for the money. Where we from he was getting the help he was getting better but now it’s way worse."

"I will admit that I have had issues with Copa health before in the past, but I have been with this clinic almost 15 years But they have hired all new staff and I have nothing but great things to say especially about Liliana, My case manager and my Doctor Adina! I have been with Adina Boros going on 5 years and i've come so far with her! Liliana is always on top of it and VERY kind and caring and extremely good at her job! She is the best case manager i've ever had!!! I have had so many Doctors but Adina is the best out all of them! I think so highly of her and Liliana! They are the reason that I stayed with Copa! They have never had staff as good as they have now!!! And also, Stacy at the front desk is very sweet and professional and always very helpful! Copa Health(Arrowhead Campus) has done a complet 180 with the staff that they have now!!! Give them a chance! You won't regret it with the staff that they have now!!!"

Renee, the receptionist, has been extremely helpful and the doctors and staff as well as the pharmacist has been a great comfort to have on scheduling appointments and assisting in providing transportation. This Clinic, I highly recommend to anyone in need of good quality Health services."
