"Receptionist and NP were both very friendly. I took my son in and I ended up needing an appointment as well. They were able to get me in with a minimal wait time. This office is really convenient for sick appointments."

"This clinic should be avoided by everyone!! My daughter is very sick and we made an appointment so that she could be seen. My daughter got sick in the parking lot and they were 8 minutes late getting in due to that. They were then told that they would not be seen because they have a 7 minute policy. They turned away my sick little girl because of that. I called them and they were extremely rude and had zero compassion. To the very rude woman I spoke to, I hope you have the day that you deserve!"

"I visited this week for a concern I have been having that could be a scary result. I went into this emotional and scared of what could be my reality. I expressed my stress and even teared up, the nurse practitioner showed no empathy and made me feel like an inconvenience. She did not make me feel heard or care about how this was a emotional moment for me. Very cold and made me feel like an awkward phone call you did not know how to hang up on. I understand she deals with people all day who probably assume the worst and turns out it is nothing but me a young woman I would hope she made an effort to make me feel seen and safe. Very disappointed."

"FYI, I was a walk-in. I was greeted with a big smile by Savannah. She told me up front that there was a short wait between 10 and 15 minutes, then explained how to use the pad to register. The NP, Megan, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and empathetic. I understand that some people have written negative reviews as far as having to wait long or they've come in for things that are not routine and should be taken to the ER instead, but I'm not going to blame the Little Clinic for those situations. I'll surely feel confident visiting them again!"

"If there was an option for no stars. I would have definitely made sure it was no stars. First we came in from Scottsdale because they had openings for my husband sore throat today. Both insurances that we currently have are listed on their insurance plan. They refused to take either or and said they don’t take them. So paid 100.00 out of pocket. Jesenia at the check in desk was definitely not professional and rude. She should not have been able to deal with clients at all. I will contact the main office on Monday to let them know how there clinic is being ran and how it is definitely not family friendly."
