"We brought our son Ben here in 2020-2021, we had an awesome experience with therapists, the admin, and the BCBA’s. They worked with our school schedule, and navigated the pandemic very well! Trying to get therapy for any special needs child is difficult anywhere you go, but I felt like Trumpet worked to make it work for us!"

"I love Trumpet! My little one has improved so much in the last couple of months! I feel the goals they set are perfect for where she is at, and they are very transparent on what they are working on each day. They are also flexible with my schedule, and what they feel works best for my daughter. They have parent training, which helps to ensure my daughter is getting consistency at home and during therapy! I’m learning about ABA and their strategies and reasoning as to why we do things a certain way! We have a great team of support and couldn’t imagine where we’d be without them! Fantastic communication! If I have a question, I can call, text, email! If you like options this is the place for you and your family!"
"Absolutely horrid. We had ONE truly amazing therapist for 6 months and unfortunately he moved an hour away so we lost him. We have one current great therapist after several months overturn, but EVERYONE ….. EVERYONE else (like several therapists) we have been assigned are not properly trained, have no real experience with children with delays or children in general, have NO motivation to get to know your child and actually play with them. The office is good about communicating and calling back etc, but that’s not why I need ABA therapy. I need ABA therapy for the therapists to be great and they’re not here . Not to mention, after losing 2 therapists back to back, we went 8 WEEKS without ANY therapy support here before they could find replacements. 8 weeks! Then they seemed to have hired literally anyone considering the therapists overturn we kept experiencing ."
