"Hired [E and E pool for what should have been a simple job, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. The quality of their work was appalling, to say the least. It seemed like they couldn't get anything right, despite multiple attempts. To put it bluntly, my 5-year-old could have done a better job with the caulking gun. The sloppy workmanship left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. But that wasn't even the worst part. Imagine my shock when the person they sent to do the job showed up with his wife and one-year-old daughter in tow. Not only was his wife inexplicably helping with the work, but they also left their toddler unattended dangerously close to my pool. As a responsible homeowner, I was rightfully terrified by this blatant disregard for safety. And let's not even start on their customer service. It was abysmal, to put it mildly. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner resorted to harassing me through incessant texts and calls, starting as early as before 6 in the morning. In conclusion, I strongly advise consumers to steer clear of this company. Their shoddy workmanship, unprofessional behavior, and complete lack of regard for safety make them a liability rather than a service provider. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your home improvement needs."

"So happy I choose E and E Pools to do the resurface project on my pool. Along with resurfacing, I changed to a cartridge filter, did away with pop up system and a leak in the auto fill was fixed. Every step of the project went smoothly and on schedule. I was very impressed with how the men working left my yard clean at end of each days work.
