"Having had prior experiences with self storage facilities over the years, I was totally surprised and pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that Lacie showed today when I opened a new account for a storage space. I know it can be a trying job sometimes but she was so upbeat and informative I felt like family and that means a lot to me. She took me through the signup procedure, explaining all the nuances of the contract and "rules of the road" and took me to see the space to make sure I knew where it was. It was clean, well lit and ready to go. I was also surprised by the way she expressed her pride in keeping the entire facility neat and clean, even to the point of apologizing for a missing cart and knowing where the others could be found. Reality is, Public Storage is an extension of your home and often personal items end up being stored there for various reasons and it is comforting to know that folks like Lacie are looking out for the renters' best interest. It is sincerely appreciated."
