"An elderly woman with long grey hair and bangs wearing scrubs with this business name on them came out to the parking lot today yelling, pointing, and cursing at me because I parked in a reserved space. I’m a high risk patient who just had a surgery which makes it difficult and dangerous for me to walk too much or too far, and there were dozens of other reserved spaces open. There were zero parking spaces available when I arrived to my appointment so I figured since there were so many reserved spaces open that I could just park there and be in and out quickly. The yelling and cursing and running up on me while I’m in my vehicle was very unnecessary. Maybe teach your employees to talk to people in a calm manner without profanity or hire better employees."
"The receptionist at this place has be one of the worst i ever experience, they are so unprofessional and rude. The 2 front desk lady are very racist, especially the one with the sleeve tattoo. A politely questioned ask about a appointment, this lady just snap and give us attitude and give us dirty look, and start throwing paper around, i feel like we are being mistreated because of our race and language. I call back to file a complaint toward the individual, so far no call being return from management."
