"Saturday 08/05/2023 I called this parts house to ask if they provided hose repairs on Saturday. The young lady answered the call by stating please hold and never came back on the line. I called from my house which in driving time is 6.0 miles & about 20 minutes due to traffic to Napa. Half way there I hung up and called again this time placed on hold so that a tech could answer my question. I arrived and walked in to Napa still on hold and for about 3 minutes longer I played the hold music on speaker until I watched one of the employees pick up my line. The entire time I was standing there this employee had no customers standing at his desk. Very poor phone customer service is what I experienced at this parts house!"
