I included before and after pictures so you can see the mess he had to deal with lol... as u can see he did an amazing job and the customer service was GREAT! My door now locks and unlocks correctly and also STAYS LOCKED. I put off repairs being a single mom because of money and being nervous I wouldn't find quality work at a reasonable price, now I'm excited and relieved to finally have a company I can call for any of my home repairs."
