"BEWARE IF U HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ROOM!!! My family came here for my son’s wedding. He had blocked out several rooms. When we got there many of our family/friends had mentioned front desk staff told them TVs and phones in the room was out of service due to someone hacking their system. I checked previous reviews before writing this message and this hotel has been telling people this for at least 3 weeks. When we checked in they didn’t mention anything to me. I think they should tell people. After going to my room and confirming my tv and phone didn’t work, went downstairs and asked for some compensation for the inconvenience. Female clerk was super rude and said they were not doing that. I asked to speak to a manager he said he would discount $40 from my room. I thought great. Then during checkout they came back with oh no it’s $40 off your next stay. Well we’re only here for the weekend. We decided we will check out, pay the full price and stay one more night to visit with the bride and groom. Today when we check out they said oh sorry the 40$ is not for the stay it’s for the gift shop which was closed. No one has the same answers and I feel like they just say whatever to get you away from the desk. Asked to speak to a manager again and they just kept us waiting. We said go ahead keep your discount we will just never come back!!"

"Very big nice place that I got at a discount rate. Had a very pretty pool area that I didn't take advantage of. They were dealing with a cyberattack so they were doing everything with pen and paper. None of the restaurants or bars were open as they couldn't accept credit cards. Some of the TVs didn't work and the house phones didn't work. I really wanted to show them how to deal with this situation. No need to just close up and give up. The casino was still operating but I don't know if players cards were."

"Look the price is amazing. The decor is pretty good. It’s far and out of the way which is nice. Here is the weird thing, the staff was not all that friendly. What struck me as interesting was the housekeeping was the kindest and most helpful. Just a little effort from everyone else would make a world of difference. I would probably stay again"

"This was actually a really nice casino. The decor was pretty and modern. The atmosphere was welcoming the staff is friendly. Not enough table games for my taste but to each their own. The rooms were nice with great bathrooms. I will be back in the future"

"We spent 3 nights at the RV Park. It was great. Nice people in the store/gas station. Rates were good and even received a discount due to my hubby being a veteran, they do require proof of your service. Fun time at the casino, food was good. Beautiful grounds. An all around nice couple days. Will definitely return."
