"My Nana been taking me here since I was a kid to the original on Mohave. Now 45, 6 kids later still able to enjoy this experience with them. BEST MEXICAN FOOD in Arizona and the prices are very very reasonable. Enjoy"

"I have been eating at Carolinas over 40 years including south phoenix. The food has deteriorated. The beans some not cooked and salty. The tamales are so small and not tasty anymore. The portion size has shrunk. Let’s talk guacamole the time before was actually rotten and not edible. I’m not what’s going on .. but this is not up to Carolinas quality. Sadly it will be a long time before we go back. For 65$ worth of food it was disappointing and low quality."

"It has been too many years since the last time I ate at Carolina’s. Their food is just so good. I would say it is quintessential authentic Mexican food. Tonight we shared the mini chimichangas, a cheese quesadilla and chips and salsa. We got a kids meals for the girls. Service was good, it is an order here and pick up there service, pretty straight forward. Casual dining spot with good music in the background."

"Love, love, love Carolina's. Their food is just so good. I rarely get to this location but have been to the Mohave location at least a couple hundred times. It's old school and it's just good food. Everyone knows about their tortillas, they are awesome. The combo plates are great but I typically just order a couple of burritos. The bean and potato is a classic, the three way is Heavenly. Other favorites are a green mix, the tacos and the enchiladas. I always put a ton of their hot sauce on the burritos and tacos. It's just so good. Just go. You'll enjoy the food."

"Bugs on the walls next to table while your eating they climb everywhere. Everyone is super sweet but food is nothing special anyone can make these foods at home plus they look messy. This location definitely needs remodeling."
