"Horrible at returning calls. When my truck was stolen, he offered nothing of help, and even his office partner Justin told me I could not renew my policy until I had a replacement vehicle. They even recommended another insurance company. A month or so goes buy and I purchased another Truck, called to have it added to my policy, and was quoted a stupid high quote more than triple of what I was paying. When I went to another company, they started sending me collections, saying I didn't cancel my policy. What policy? The flat out told me I couldn't renew because I didn't have a vehicle. Plus, they knew my other one was stolen and told me the policy wasn't good anymore. Whether it's this broker or Farmers, talk about greed and kicking a person when they are down. Never again Farmers or John Heep."
