"I was at this facility for 3 months, discharged in August 2022. I honestly debated posting, but felt it was necessary. While at this facility I saw about 30 patients go through. Some needed a level of care that the facility couldn't provide, which is no fault of the facility. About half of the remaining patients, including myself, ended up getting significantly worse by the time we left. Many of these people were graduated from the program in order for the facility to not look bad for insurance purposes because these people were about to leave against medical advise due to how poorly the facility was run. During my stay, there were multiple threats of violence from patients and nothing was done even though these instances were reported to staff. While I was there the facility was bought by another company and I believe this made the patients suffer due to some, like me, getting forgotten and therefore not getting the care they went in to get. Granted, there were individuals that were amazing and wanted people to succeed. I also know that the clinical director at the time offered me a constant supply of disrespect, including in front of other patients. This in itself caused many issues that I cannot go into due to privacy. There is a great deal more that I can get into, but I won't for the sake of this post being long as it already is. The last thing I will say is that this facility has tainted my view of all facilities and I will never go to another one because of how bad this facility was run and how many people I saw this facility fail."
