"I was very happy with everyone I met at the Palo Verde Cancer Specialists! Dr Ahmad was very comforting and upbeat in our consult! (Despite being told you have cancer) The nurse that did my vitals was lovely and the gentleman that took care of my referrals was on top of taking care of me. The girls at the front desk were very accommodating. I felt like I was a person and not just a number!"
"I had a decent initial visit with Dr. Ahmad, but everything after that has been absolutely atrocious. Namely her medical assistant/office staff. I have literally called and left messages over the course of several months with numerous different people and never once gotten a reply. I have emailed. No reply. I have left voice messages. No reply. One time when I called and said I'd left a messages a few days before they looked up my file and said they had called me back but I didn't answer. According to my phone (which was always with me), its call log, and the voicemail recordings, this is false. One time the phone rang and as soon as I answered there was a hang-up, which leads me to believe this person just wanted to have on their call log that they returned a call, but didn't actually want to do their job. The questions I've had have sometimes been urgent and could be answered fairly simply. I for real don't know how this place has so many good reviews. I'm transferring to another place."
