Safeway Pharmacy

"Excellent pharmacy. We've known the pharmacists for close to 20 years. They know us by name, they know our medications, and they remind us when our vaccines are due. I wouldn't go anywhere else."

I usually go to the one on Litchfield which is also great but they were out of my med. They were so accommodating and were able to find a solution for me. I'm so appreciative. Thank you. "Suffering with a bad toothache. Dropped off the script to Justin at the pharmacy. He said he had it and it'll be ready in an hour and a half. I said please text me when it's ready. 4 hours later with no text I proceeded to the store to find out what's the holdup. Come to find out he had the extended version time release which was not on my RX script. So therefore a script not filled and not even a courtesy call to tell me. Also when I got in line there was seven people ahead of me. You know what it's like when you got a toothache that's throbbing into your skull and you don't have any patience? Well here you go you guys deserve my one star"

"My husband and I had an appointment for COVID booster shots. We have been waiting 55 minutes and they say the pharmacy is busy and we need to wait. No contact with us. We had to run someone down to update us with that informative answer. We left."

"If I dont have to use this pharmacy, I dont. The female pharmacist is incredibly rude I called ahead to ensure they had Tamiflu, she said yes, I went to fill it and after she asked me to wait for some time while she finished up on the computer, I told her our names and she says she doesnt have enough. She said I can try the other Safeway so I asked if she could check and she asks me to wait again so she could help the next customer. Then a few minutes later she yells over the customer and counter to tell me I could call them myself if I want because she closes in 10 minutes, as do they. What the heck? I go ahead and call and they have it, I ask her to transfer and again tells at me that she is very busy and closing soon and to ask them to request it. I then had to go back in the morning to pick up the rest of a partial she filled and they didnt open on time. I asked the store manager and they had no clue where the pharmacist was. I waited 20 minutes and no pharmacist. I have been in the store other times as well and noticed people waiting around after the time it says they should be open. I truly don't get it."
