AZ DECK

"I had AZ Deck come out and re-surface my pool deck in 2019 and it looked great for a while. After about a year, I started to notice hollow spots and flaking areas on the deck, so I notified them and they were very responsive at the time. They came out and completely re-did the work. About a year later I started having the same problems. They finally came out and did a few small repairs but ignored about 4-5 other areas that needed repair. In November of last year I contacted them again to see if I could get the rest of the failing areas repaired. They assured me I was on the schedule to have the rest of the issues fix. I never heard from anyone. So in December I was back in town and called them again. Once again I was told I was on the schedule to have them come out and complete the repairs. Never heard from anyone. Came back in town again in February and went through the same process. So here we are in May and the problem never was addressed. I have filled out their online request several times with no one ever getting back to me, have called and left messages with no return calls. I finally reached out to Vaughn the salesman to ask if something is going on within the company. Vaughn was able to get Isa to email me back and Isa state that they have no record of any correspondence with me and that I waited to long. I have left voice mails and emails asking for a return phone call and still no call back. I have been trying to get these issues taken care of for 8 months now. I do not live in AZ full time and I am only able to get there about 4-5 times a year. Those are the times I have to get these type of things taken care of. Honestly I would have been willing to pay to get these things fixed if they would have just had the courtesy to return my calls. Very disappointed in the service I have had."

"Overall my experience from beginning to end was great! They did have some small minor hiccups at the end but quickly ensured that it was fixed up to par and that I left fully satisfied. Overall happy with the level and quality of this company. Side note is I also had horrible cracks on my cool deck in several locations. Once they were done resurfacing it, there was no way I could locate those same cracks. Super impressed how well they did to fix them. Special thanks to Vaughn and Ann Marie for their help as well.
