"Constant maintenance issues, water was always shut off at least twice a month, and they claim it's routine, but they never seemed to be able to fix the problems. And for the quality of housing here, they charge way too much! If you're thinking of moving here, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Take your money and your families somewhere else."

"Every apartment complex has complaints about the maintenance. So I'm not going to comment on that. I want to say that this is the best apartment complex I have ever seen when it comes to numbering the apartment locations. Extremely easy to find a unit, the building, and its location on the property, even in the dark. Very large writing. Every apartment complex should be required to number the way that these guys have done. For delivery drivers, this is a blessing. Thank the builders and maintenance for their good efforts in this regard"

"I relocated to Tucson just about a year ago, the leasing team assisted me virtually and made the process extremely smooth and easy. I love my one bedroom floor plan, perfect space for my pup & I. Maintenance is responsive and the office staff is very friendly . Looking forward to renewing for another year."

"My partner lives here, and this is now the 3rd timeI in the past month that the water has been shut off for "repairs" with barely a couple hours notice. The water has been off for most of the day and we've been unable to use the bathroom for the entire time. This isn't just a one-off problem but a regularly reoccurring problem. It seems like the complex won't actually pay to have the problem properly fixed but instead chooses to have bandaid repairs done."

"I have lived here for a year - Brianna the manager and Jeremiah are fantastic! The management office and maintenance are on top of things. They are super responsive to requests for maintenance as well, and they follow up to make sure the job got done right. They are doing some renovations now to update the yards/patios and also paint the exterior of the buildings. The photos online do not do the property justice - I think you should come see it for yourself! Some of the nice things about the community are: super pet friendly, dog park, everyone is friendly, cost effective, 3 pools, town homes available, they have a few colors to choose from and they will paint accent walls for you, and the BEST part of all in my opinion is the energy efficiency! I have an ecobee thermostat I put in my own apartment, and my place ranks in the top 9% of homes in Tucson for retaining cool air or heat (that means the building holds your temperature inside more consistently to save you money!). I moved to Tucson to go to UA, and I plan to live here while completing my doctorate. This is the best apartment I have ever had. :) The photos included are my home, not a model or show apartment. Some apartments have tile vinyl instead of the wood vinyl floors. :)"
