Dr. Christopher Couch is a highly qualified doctor specializing in Allergy and Immunology, located at 13967 West Grand Avenue in Surprise, Arizona. Dr. Couch's educational background includes graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Physiology and Developmental Biology from Brigham Young University, and earning his medical degree with a distinction in community service from The University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix.
