"Fantastic flights in the Grob 109B motorglider! I flew with Phil on two consecutive days. The first day was a self-launch endorsement and checkout on the Grob. Phil is a very experienced instructor and tailored the instruction to my needs and experience. We also had fun soaring up to cloudbase! The next day we made a fantastic soaring tour to the south, with lots of great scenery!"
"This was an exhilarating adventure, an incredible experience soaring above the mountains with the hawks and looking down on the city from 10,000 feet. Phil is a flight instructor who lets you fly the glider! He instills confidence and creates a lively, fun event. The aircraft is silent and peaceful, but the fact that the motor can be started if necessary is comforting. We flew from the mountains all the way to Tucson International Airport and landed without ever turning the engine on. I am very familiar with the Tucson area, and this is by far the most memorable and thrilling tour available ."
