The Westin Phoenix Downtown

"We spent one evening here since we're were in town for a soccer tournament. As you walk in, the front lobby is smaller than normal. It wasn't busy when we checked in and the staff was very accommodating. My husband didn't put my name on my reservation and he wasn't with us. They helped us get my name on it and made the check in process very easy. We stayed in the 18th floor. My boys were very impressed on how fast the elevator are. As you walk into the room, the ceilings are very tall and the room has floor the ceiling windows. The bed was VERY comfortable. I could have slept all day. The room was perfect for our family of three and definitely could have fit more. We loved the outdoor pool. It was the perfect depth for my 9 and 10 year old boys. The water felt warm and there are plenty of seatings. We also enjoyed their restaurant. We wish we were able to utilize the executive lounge and club but when we went downstairs to get our complimentary breakfast, it looked like we missed it. Definitely loved the luxury vibes and can't wait to come back for a longer stay."

"Beautiful Hotel, Great professional Front Desk. Kayla at the Front Desk was super helpful and had good recommendations. Room was nice and clean. I liked that the Television in the room was very large. Great view of the city. Great location. Valet did a great job. I left a bag in the car and valet and room service worked quickly to get it delivered to my room. One thing that just added a little time for me in the morning is, when I retrieved the car it had bird waste on it. I'm not sure if its from parking under a tree or what but it just delayed me a bit in the morning as I had to find a car wash to go through. This did not deter from my stay. I would definitely recommend this property to other visiting Downtown Phoenix."

"I always choose Westin Phoenix Downtown for any visit to this wonderful city. In addition to having a fantastic central location, the rooms are spacious and clean. But, what sets this hotel apart from others is the out of this world staff. Everyone is so kind but I had the good fortune of getting help, with a smile, from Alan, Kayla, Loris and Isaiah. From business to personal needs, helping me find my lost phone (!), this group are consummate professionals who are also just genuinely nice. I’ll be back soon for sure!"

"We checked in on December 26th. Upon checking, I have requested hotel staff to provide luggage cart;however, for some reason they didn’t have any, even though young man which was on reception was very eager and kind to help to carry luggage, I have declined. I would recommend to maybe have extra ones as this is expected from such big hotel. Upon checking in to the room we have noticed that room was for handicap person and from ethical standpoint, my partner decided to ask to change the room, again the same young gentleman from reception apologized and provided a generous upgrade to a suite. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of this gentleman and also we did not have cash with us at least to tip personnel for provided extra help and accommodation so hopefully this review will be read by management so appropriate personnel can receive some positive feedback/appreciation. Overall we had positive experience staying with Westin, besides these few little things mentioned above and also parking was a bit an issue as it’s not located in the hotel actually and parking itself doesn’t have EV chargers. We decided not to ask for valet services."

"I planned my business meeting here and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience. The staff is nothing short of amazing and accommodating. The rooms were updated, clean, and very comfortable. Their meeting space is lovely and their Executive Chef has an extensive menu so the choices don't get boring for a multi-day conference!"
