"Brought a laptop here three months ago for a screen repair. $500 later, it’s now in pieces and more broken than when I brought it in. It actually still worked when I dropped it off. One of the connecting pins was broken during disassembly so now I see why he couldn’t give me a reasonable explanation why we “needed” to replace the entire panel instead of just the screen. He guaranteed a screen would fit so I ordered it and even though the company said it wouldn’t, he promised it would. They made me agree to no return policy so now I have a $200 laptop screen that I have no use for. After this, he seemed to give up trying to fix it. No updates, lackluster responses when I would reach out for status. Not sure how this place has 5 stars but that definitely was not my experience."
