"We are SO glad to have found REDO Pools. We needed to have our very old pool and deck refinished and we had reached out to several other companies for quotes. With all of the horror stories you hear about pool contractors, we were trying to do our homework. The moment we met Thomas, the owner, we immediately felt comfortable with choosing his team for our refinish. He was so knowledgeable and you could tell, just from our initial conversation that he has a lot of experience with pools. He gave us a very reasonable quote and an estimated timeline to complete the job. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to complete everything within that exact time frame. Thomas was great at communicating with us ahead of when the crews would arrive, telling us exactly what to expect. He was very responsive whenever we had questions, too. The crews were all polite and did good work. They also made sure to clean up after themselves each time they came by. All in all we are VERY satisfied with REDO pools and love the way our pool looks now. The before and after photos show how much of a difference the refinishing made! We've gotten so much use out of our pool this summer and are so grateful that we found Thomas and his team!"
"It was a great experience with them. They were timely and did everything they said they were going to do. They redid our entire pool with pebble Tech and also the entire deck. Thomas the owner was very open about timing and steps they were on. They did have to come back out about two months later to fix a small area but were helpful with my schedule. Would recommend for redoing your pool and deck"
