"The director James and his wife need to be further evaluated by the state, DES. My children went here for a year and a half and we have seen at least 10 different teachers in and out of there. No longevity in his staff and he does not hire qualified or people licensed and educated to work with children. He will act as if he is on the same page with you when it comes to requests for your child and there is no change, no development. No all around interest in the growth of the children on an academic and behavioral level. He lacks resources and is always understaffed. Too many kids per adult. My daughter is 3 and should be in preschool age but every day I picked her up she was in a room with 1 yr olds after I asked for him to keep her with her age group. He does not value his staff which is why they’re always leaving, he hires whoever is available and willing to deal with kids. Nobody is qualified to be working with children there."

"Safe, clean and affordable. They have cameras which gives me peace of mind. The staff does ongoing education. The owners truly care about the children they are entrusted with. They are licensed and reputable with a 5 star Environmental rating."

"This place needs to be investigated!! THEY seem to hire people that are not properly trained or licensed. They don't care about our children they only care for money. my niece went there and was hit and beaten multiple times they refused to show us any footage they claim another kid did it . Every time I go to pick her up there's kids crying. They also leave them out on the playground with no supervision very horrible service. I once went to drop off my nice and seen a kid out side on the parking lot running around they seem to forget him out side or something police was connected immediately. Overall if u care about ur child u shouldn't take them there."

"Horrible place. This place showed a complete lack of care for our children, who should always be under close supervision. If you send your child here, you run the risk of them being mistreated, harmed, sick, or even hungry. The owners prioritize saving money over professionalism, and they've been known to hire unprofessional staff. Even if they somehow hire a good person, they're quick to let them go. Be extremely cautious when considering this daycare for your children if you genuinely care about their wellbeing."

"We bring our one and a half year old to Kid’s Haven. The staff are always friendly and respectful. The owner, James, is so helpful and knows all the kids. The teachers are always so calm and caring. Nora and Samantha are always on top of everything. I feel confident about sending my toddler here. We also love the app the center uses. It’s nice to actually be able to see how our child is doing throughout the day. We love Kids Haven."
