"I recently visited this location. It was after hours and l utilized the ATM. The building lighting as well as the parking lot lighting were not operational leaving the area extremely dark. Additionally the vegetation surrounding the ATM wasn't trimmed. I felt this was an extremely unsafe visit. The next day l called the branch and expressed my concerns. The staff member l spoke with was extremely polite, understanding and highly receptive to my concerns. Later that day the branch manager, Matt, contacted me and we spoke about my concerns. Matt advised that he concurred with my observations and assured me they would be addressed and rectified. I have not been back to this branch since, based solely out of geography, as I'm only on that side of town once a month, but I felt my concerns were genuinely received, and I felt that my opinion was valued by Matt and his staff. It is so refreshing in the post-pandemic world to experience genuine customer service Vs. the typical dismissive lip service. I look forward to revisiting this location in the future. ************UPDATE*************** I have returned to this branch during business hours and met personally with Matt the branch manager, and his staff. I found the entire staff to be delightful, highly professional, friendly and noticably enthusiastic to provide outstanding customer service. Matt advised that he's personally overseen the lighting concerns and they've been addressed. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"Terrible customer service. On 2/3/24, I came into BMO to replace a credit card. I was waiting in the lobby because both tellers were with customers. I got there at 11:09am and wasn't assisted until 11:35am. When the male teller was finished with his customer he did not ask if I needed help or what I was there for, instead he just left me waiting in the lobby. Then a familiar customer of theirs walked in and immediately that male teller helped him and started gossiping with him (of matters I don't feel comfortable saying on here). I was seen by the next available teller whom I inquired about how they deal with waiting customers, she stated that, "they are good at keeping track of customers and know which customers are waitting next in line." My advice to the male staff that ignored me for 10min, I ask that you do better and don't only assist people based off race, appearance and gender. I hope for the BMO branch that you become proficient at acknowledging waiting customers so they do not feel ostracized rather welcomed at this branch."

"Bank of the West? How about Bank of the Worst. I deposited a large in sum in the bank, did nothing wrong, wrote no checks, asked for no withdrawals and yet when I tried to do a wire transfer; one of the main reasons for opening this account; I was denied. The wire thought to be fraudulent and myself accused of being part of a scam. I'm furious. Particularly as the back office decided to put a hold on my account. For what reason? Those in the branch could not tell me. Now I have to wait on some sort of contract from the back office. At this point I am actively hoping they will close the account so I can be done with this nightmare of a bank."

"This branch has great management, friendly tellers, and a lovely lobby. Truly a full service bank with security deposit boxes. Great service is the standard."
