"With this being my first time selling a note I did not know what to expect. After calling several other companies who had sent out purchase offers for my notes and not being totally comfortable with who I was dealing with a friend at Palo Verde Escrow in Arizona suggested I call Randy. "It all started with a random letter in the mail from Central Valley One. My wife and I were receiving small payments on a piece of land we sold and carried the note on. I was telling my wife as I was opening the mail, It would be nice to collect on this land note. When I opened the letter from Central Valley One, It stated they buy notes.
