"Had previous problems with old management. New management and Samantha have been more helpful in resolving problems then I could have hoped for. Pool was always nice when I lived here and was quiet most the time."
"The ABSOLUTE WORST: They do not care about your safety with dangerous and documented residents, the asset management engages in unethical behaviors, and she double talks to take back what she has promised. Luckily, I get everything in writing. Make sure you ask about community bullying and keep Fair Housing on speed dial. This place went from sugar to ish….. fast! I would not recommend and happy to leave after two years!!!!"

"This maintenance request was flagged as high priority, and it was treated as such. Thank you for that! The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because this is a repeat issue from a previous maintenance request in June. Hopefully, this fire is extinguished and I won't have issues unlocking my front door anymore."
