"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE ! PLEASE! DON’T GO BY THE LOOKS! I was deceived that way. The worst experience I ever had renting a apartment in Arizona. The manager is very rude, disrespectful and only care about your money! If you lost your job the manager wont help you. The landlord will try their best to put you on the street as quick as possible. Also there were tons of problems in the apartment. Like the hot water pump went out. I had no hot water for 7 months and the maintenance still hasn’t fixed it, the bugs infested every night and nobody came to spray, and the bathtub was full of rust all around. Then on top of that the manager expect you to pay double the money. OH NO! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"So far in the 3 months they have been villa's de la Montana all they have done is taken up our parking spaces and threatening to tow our cars when we have to find random places to park because there are no spaces. The ceiling in bathroom ceiling is still caving in and tub is still ghetto, bathroom sink is taped together and does not have proper fitting, most buildings are infested with roaches and once I finally went in the office and stood up for myself and others nd did I will gladly go to court if they touch my car I got sent a notice the following day stating I can not renew my lease. They took the registration sticker off my car and put a tow sticker on it and 2 days later put another tow sticker on my car for being in a no parking zone but yet where I was parked is a normal parking space that has been used for years, they just didn't want me parked near the equipment. Was not a red zone, no signs saying we can't park there and no notices sent out to tenants stating you can't park there. They also raised the rent from 788 - around 1100 but yet pool's don't work, laundry rooms were not usable for over a month, we lost a majority of our parking and still arent fixing the issues just working on planting trees and painting the outside of buildings."
