"Usually they are spot on, but today the employees didn't know how to put a title in someone's name if paperwork was done with a power of attorney. I had to go to Best Buy insurance to get it done. This is something I have been doing a few times a year for 27 years at R.L.Jones. I will go to Best Buy from now on."

"Mediocre experience. Wasn't awful, wasn't great. I went ahead and called before showing up and the woman said something intelligible. I said "Hello," met no response, and kept repeating until they hung up on me. Very well, I drove and showed up and they attended me immediately. I made a comment of how the car was for leisure and they made comments of "must be nice." Yes, it is. I've been broke but went to school and studied and work hard, so I feel I've earned myself a little toy, didn't need negative input. The older lady that attended me was more cool but the other young one who was presumably the one bumping Ludacris in the background was giving the customer she was attending a hard time. Not quite rude, but short, curt answers. Like I said: mediocre. Nothing great but not the worst."
