"There was a short line ahead of me. I ordered two slices of Barro Special and a soft drink. Plenty for lunch. The folks at the order desk were quite helpful especially for a new patron. The food was ample and tasted very good. I'll return."
"The atmosphere is very pleasant the bar style restaurant has tall brown square pillars that give it an edge of big city vibe. The restaurant is clean and staff is attentive. We participated in a scholarship event that they host. The food was amazing I had a barros special small pizza, and a Caesar salad, both delicious."
"We ordered a Cookie Sundae. The guy Ethan, didn’t give us a number nor a receipt, he crumpled it and threw it away while my boyfriend was reaching for it. We ended up waiting 50 + minutes. We had to ask about it twice and then when we got it, it came in a to-go box?? And the Tin it came in was covered in cheese and super greasy on the outside. You can see the time stamp of the time we waited with the (receipt that the food came with). The girl was really nice though!"
"Unbelievable. I've never actually ordered and ate inside a Barro's and will never visit this location again. I sat a watched 7 other co-workers eat, chat and burp while I waited, and waited and waited for a simple Italian sandwich. I finally went up and asked for it and it wasn't even known that I ordered it! The cashier girl felt bad and told Colby or Cory (or what his name was) that I should be refunded and given the sandwich. My co-worker friends were ready to leave and I was fine with the refund however the sandwich that Colby gave me was pathetic to say to the least along with his rather distasteful attitude. You should NEVER get persnippity with a customer. Here look for yourself. My 1st grader makes better sandwiches than this... see for yourself. Slapped together with no Italian dressing or Mayo or anything. I was so disgusted that this too went into the trash... along with any hope of ever returning to ANY BARRO's. DONE."
"Outstanding pizza and wings. Wings came out hot and smothered. The medium Buffalo sauce was just right. Wings were large and meaty. Pizza was great. Good flavor, ample toppings and a light fluffy crust. Restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. Service was polite and friendly."
