"Summary report/ patient profile can't be changed or edited.. going to have to find a new doctor to start fresh."

"I have been going here since I was a child, when Dr Cerato owed the practice and never had an issue. I recently tried to make an appointment and the front desk personnel was rude and immediately put me on hold. Another front desk personnel came on and told me I had been dismissed from the practice for missing to many appts! Completely confused because I have never received a letter or a call stating I was going to be dismissed and as a practice manager or operation of two practices I personally who have asked more questions instead of being rude, confirm address, confirm email and phone number, both individuals were rude and not willing to investigate to see if this was a potential mistake! Prior to this I have seen all the providers in the office and the original front desk have been amazing, but these new front office staff member, with no customer service skills, not friendly, and just overall not professional will eventually be the demise of the practice unless you make changes! I can never understand how people especially in the profession of helping people can lack poor customer skills!"

"I have been to this office a handful of times now, for labs and appointments. The front desk staff is nice and the wait is not too bad if you complete your check in online (compared to other offices I've been to). Dr. Marquard is awesome, the first doctor that I've had who took the time to listen to my concerns and address them in detail. To give credit to the lab team, I was very happy with their ability to get me in and out within 20 minutes on a short notice. My overall experience with this staff has been great!"

"Stay away from this "family" clinic. They will find a way for you to not receive any treatment if they do not get their money first. I made an appointment because I can barely walk and when I got there (20 min early) for my 1:30PM appointment the front desk medical assistant told me I had to reschedule because I needed a Covid Test because I am not boosted. They never called me to mention this, she says they left a voice message. LIED because she saw my current insurance plan was ending today. So in order to make any "claims" they will need the other insurance card (updated). She was not empathic nor offered a solution. I used recommend this clinic to our Latino community, but enough is enough. Rude and disconnected front desk medical assistants. IF you need a real clinic that understand that you do not have the time and mood to play around, then Stay away from this clinic, any other may be better. Never coming back since is not the first time they act like that."
