"I am giving this clinic a 1 star review because, simply put, the clinic's owner is unethical. I was seen be a nurse practitioner who, in my opinion, was not very experienced in wound care. She was repeatedly on the phone, apparently with the physician who owns the clinic, asking what she should do. I finally convinced her that I needed an Rx for a wound V.A.C. to treat a chronic, infected wound that did not respond to traditional dressings. The problem arose when they were requiring me return every week so the NP could measure the wound. There was no purpose in being seen that often other to bill my insurance for unnecessary visits. I told her that I would return in 3 weeks, or sooner if the wound was not healing as expected. Because I would not return weekly, the clinic told me I would be discharged, which was fine by me since I intended to find a new wound care provider. The wound V.A.C. was working great, but when I called the company to order new supplies, I was informed that the clinic ordered that the unit be returned. They did this despite the fact that it’s use was still required, I had not received a discharge letter, and they had not seen me when they sent the return request. NOT ONLY IS THIS BAD MEDICINE, BUT IT IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL. Just imagine that you see a provider who orders an antibiotic to be taken for a month, but because you preferred to see another provider, he takes back the antibiotic from you after only 2 weeks even though you still need to take it. Spiteful and disgusting!"

"This was hands down the best urgent care experience I have had. Their office is clean, the desk support is caring, pleasant and answer questions well. They have comfortable couch-like chairs, and offer cold water bottles and coffee while you wait. There is also a kiddie area for your kids to play in while you wait. Our wait was not long, about 30 minutes to be taken back into an exam waiting area, and the total time there was just a little over an hour. The doctor who attended to my daughter's needs was thorough and helpful. This feels like a regular doctor's office rather than other urgent cares and I will only use this urgent care in the future if I need one."
