Ronald McDonald House
The Ronald McDonald House at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska, provides a home-away-from-home for eligible patients and their families. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, sleeper chair, and full-sized bed, and the House offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room, library, play area, and laundry facilities. The partnership between RMHC and ANMC began in 2008 with a van program, and the Ronald McDonald House opened in January 2017. ANMC is a nonprofit hospital providing comprehensive care to Alaska Native people, with recognition for nursing excellence.
