Alaska Botanical Garden
The Alaska Botanical Garden, located at 4601 Campbell Airstrip Road in Anchorage, Alaska, is a beautiful park and tourist attraction. The garden offers a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program where members can receive a portion of the harvest each week during the growing season. Visitors can also shop for seeds from Foundroot, a family-owned Alaskan company dedicated to food sovereignty. In addition to plants and seeds, the Alaska Botanical Garden offers workshops, classes, and events for visitors to learn more about gardening and botany. Members of the garden receive discounts on workshops, summer camps, and retail purchases, as well as free admission year-round (excluding ticketed events).
