"It's hard to get someone to answer the phone and when I leave a voicemail no one calls back ever. I suggest calling first thing in the morning to get someone. They say they'll call you back within 24hrs but they don't if you leave a voicemail. Otherwise I love my Doctor and he has helped me get healthier and medicating my high blood pressure very carefully and I feel great , health wise. My back can't be helped but he still shows his concern. I don't feel like a number there."

"I have been calling and calling to get my prescription sent to my pharmacy for the past week. I took the time out of my day to sit in that doctors office for over TWO HOURS. I had registered, signed in with the “reminder text message” I got from them the day before my appointment, and come to find out (after sitting there for those two hours) that they didn’t even have my appointment on their books and didn’t have a doctor to see me! Nobody even said anything to my when I checked in at the desk. Luckily they fit me in and the doctor was very sweet, however, that wasn’t the end of my trouble. I had fasted all day (by then it’s 2:45pm) for the bloodwork I needed to be done. The doctor sent me down the hall to the lab and *surprise* the lab tech decided to leave early for the day and just threw a “be back later” sign on the door. When I asked the receptionist if she was actually gone for the day she got snarky and said “well what does it say on the door??”. Now, a week later and I can’t even get the daily maintenance medication I need, the reason I spent the time and money to see this doctor. I’ve left 4 voicemails explaining my desperate situation. No call back. I’m livid at how awful my experience was and how neglected I’ve been as a patient. Now having to spend MORE time and MORE money to see another doctor to get the attention I need."

"They are the most helpful and kind people I have dealt with in a long time!! The financial department was very helpful to us and processed our application for financial aid so rapidly. The staff member that helps people for the initial sign up at arrival is one of the nicest persons I have ever met. She rapidly helps everyone. The pharmacy staff are amazing and one time that they did not have the medicine that I needed, they went out of their way to find and prescribe a substitute. The nurse practitioner (Ms. Hunt) is an angle (I'm tearing up while typing this)! She answered our multiple questions with so much patience. She went out of her way to show us how/where to find affordable medication, and she even used an online translator to communicate with the patient I was with (who didn't speak English). When there was a mistake in billing, they took care of it just by one phone call with no hold time!! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a family doctor."
