"I had my first appointment at the Grandview location with Dr. Woodson. She had me wait 30 minutes to check that my insurance would cover the removal of my IUD, come back and said it would. But still charged me for it, and I have called trying to figure out the issue and the woman literally said I was a liar and that Dr. Woodson never said that to me. They won’t let me speak to Dr. Woodson either about this issue and to solve it. I called my insurance and they said they never even submitted that claim to my insurance and my insurance said that it is a covered procedure. I told them that I can’t pay them for the bill and won’t because I was told by The doctor that it was covered and I told her if it’s not I’ll get it done somewhere else. So I am now not going back to this place and I canceled my surgery with them to remove my ovary due to a mass on it because if they are going to treat me like that and I can’t trust them, then I sure do not trust them to do a surgery!"
