"I had been waiting one hour or later to have four tires put on my car while I had been waiting for an hour they worked on two vehicles that came after me. When ask why no explanation and very rude employees and manager. Never again will I buy tires has South end Wal Mart. Very poor customer service!!! Shame on you Wal Mart. This happened in August 15 2023"
"I do NOT recommend using Walmart Automotive in Cullman AL; i went to have my tire sensors changed and they told me there was nothing wrong with my tires at all, even though i had been told by an employee from there 2 days prior to bring my car in for that very reason. Went a second time and there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing and not one person came up and offered to help me. I finally ended up leaving in frustration at their poor customer service and rudeness. Needless to say, i won't be giving them my business again, or recommend them to anyone."
"Will not be using this auto care center in the future. We took my car in today to have the tire fixed due to a nail in it , we waited over an hour and 10 minutes for the guys to tell us they can’t fix the tire due to the location of the nail so we decided to have them put the tire back on so we can buy a new one at the place we always buy from, it takes them another 20 minutes to put the tire back on that is after the guy at the counter asked everyone in the auto care for permission to do so . A huge wast of our time! I think once they pulled the vehicle in they should have been able to look at the tire and tell me right away they couldn’t fix it rather then making us wait."
