"We needed a harness connection for a trailer we were using to hail a car. Oreillys has always had what we need and never seems judgey or superior when asking questions."
"Took only 28 hours for the kid behind the counter to turn two rotors. I was told they’d be done the following day by two and showed up in person at 230 after failing to get somebody to pick up the phone despite multiple attempts. When I did, the rotors were sitting right where I’d left them the night before, but the same kid was about to start on them but couldn’t yet because his coworker’s 30 min on the clock defecation had not yet ceased since his 2:00 clock-in. Not a single car in the parking lot, which isn’t to say that it wasn’t a busy morning, but it’s very disrespectful to not even so much as make a courtesy call so I don’t burn gas and an hour of my time coming here. It would seem that the employees know how phones work given that I have yet to walk in and see them without their own phones in hand. There’s only one other shop in town that turns rotors, and I will be going exclusively there from now on."
"Associate spent about 5 minutes or less, found the Bosch windshield wipers I needed and installed them with no problems. I was on my way in about 10 to 15 minutes. Very helpful young man. Great customer service too!"
