"The first time I used them was to clean some curtains I had. It took almost two months to get them back & when I got them back there were holes in one of the panels. When I dropped them off there were no holes in my curtains. I did not notice the holes till I went to put them back up. Basically nothing got done about that. So the second time I was dropping off slacks for my room mate. He had a death in his family & would need the slacks for the funeral. I told the ladies behind the desk that he would need them by the next day and was told no problem. They took down his number & said they would call to let him know when they would be ready for pick-up. The funeral was three weeks ago & he went by there today because they still had not called him. They claimed that I had not told them he was gonna need them that quickly. I do not make up stories or falsely accuse someone of lying but these people are lying. Trying to pass the buck, shame on you. I will not ever use this service again & I will tell others not to if considering it."

"If I could give a Zero or Negative # number I would!!! DO NOT go here!!! I repeat DO NOT go here!!! You have been warned!!! The customer service is horrible. They mess up your clothes and argue with you about it being your fault. They shift the blame to you and tell you that you brought the clothes to them in that condition. I took them a shirt I needed to wear at a funeral. I'm getting dressed at the church and I look at the shirt and my shirt looks like it has been in a fight with Wolverine. I follow up with them about this and they tell me that I brought it to them that way. That was a LIE! I did not bring it to them that way. They damaged my shirt and did not want to pay for it. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER!"

"Worst experience ever with a cleaner! The customer service is terrible and the owner is a coward! They ruined a $100 shirt. I took it back to let them know whatever they did to it it shrank (the sleeves were inches shorter, I couldn't get the neck even close to buttoning, and it was so tight it would have ripped if I'd raised my arms). The lady at the counter took my number and said the owner would call me. He didn't. I had to go back in. There was a note on my shirt that said size 10 blouse is sized right. It's a man's large. I have pictures of me wearing it. She said the policy was not to make things right on damages after 48 hours (didn't see this policy posted). My question is will they not make it right because they don't think they ruined it or because it's been too long? When I asked why the owner didn't call me I was told he's busy. It's his BUSINESS! Too busy to help a customer? The lady at the counter told me she was done and walked away. Terrible service! I wish I could give them a 0 stars!"
